We’ve been making wild clay the traditional way! Inspired by studying pottery sherds from 500 CE, we decided to recreate clay the ‘old way.’ Using @tnstatemuseum’s First People’s Traveling Trunk curriculum, our homeschool students got a hands-on taste of Tennessee’s first people’s history—dating back to the end of the last Ice Age, around 12,000-15,000 years ago.
