We value your commitment to your fitness journey, and to ensure we can offer the best experience to all of our clients, we’re updating our **Late Cancel & No Show Policy**. ⏰
Effective March 31st, all **No Shows** and **Holiday Class Late Cancels** will incur a $15 charge. This helps us keep our classes running smoothly and allows others to take advantage of open spots!
💪 We get it—life happens! If you need to cancel, please do so at least 12 hours in advance to avoid the charge. Or you can wait to sign up until you are on your way!

Why I wanted to be a BTF instructor: BTF has built such a great community of people. After being a part of it for a year, I had a deeper desire to contribute to the same uplifting, inspirational environment by leading classes. I want to pass onto people the same level of care that BTF has passed onto me thus far.
What I’m excited for: I’m excited to have some fun and watch people grow and improve every single week!
Fun fact: I graduated from YSU and played on the golf team there. I still love to golf in the summertime.
Leg day: It’s not just about squats, lunges, or deadlifts… it’s about building the foundation that’ll carry you through life (and maybe a few extra flights of stairs 😅). 💥
