Creekside Karate Club

Let's start off strong in 2022! Mid-America Kangeiko will be hosted by The Ohio State University Karate Club on January 15-16, 2022 in Columbus, Ohio!

Sensei Martin Vaughan, 7th dan will conduct the camp with the assistance of the other members of the Mid-America Technical Committee-Sensei James Oberschlake, 7th dan, Sensei Carol Glenn, 6th dan, Sensei Kim Weber, 6th dan, and Sensei Jeff Weber, 6th dan.

The weekend camp will offer 3 training clinics, a kyu exam, a dan pretest. There are also plans to include a competitor’s clinic, a judge’s clinic, and a shiai if time permits. All attendees should bring their kumite mitts, and a mouthpiece. Anyone interested in the judge’s clinic should bring a whistle and review the ISKF tournament booklet https://iskf.com/tournament-rules/

Sensei Tim forgot to announce last night in class: there is a class TOMORROW (Saturday, January 8th) at 11:00am. Please try to make it if you can, ESPECIALLY if you are testing at OSU Winter Camp next weekend!
