Just a reminder for everyone traveling to the academy: ⚠️ Roadworks are currently in progress on the bridge directly opposite the park. Our team had a great time at the Yokoso Dutch Open coming home top the medal table. We all had an amazing time always one of our favourite comps to attend. 🙌🏻

🎉 **Happy 9th Birthday, Jemima (JR)!** 🎉

This morning, we had an absolute blast celebrating Jemima’s 9th birthday with her friends! 🤣😂 From the very start, the energy was off the charts as we kicked things off with an epic game of bashers. Then it was time for a mini lesson, followed by some seriously impressive board breaking—what a crew! 👊

Before the pizza arrived, we wrapped up with an unforgettable game of Connect 4, Energize style! The girls' teams absolutely showed the boys how it’s done 🤣😂. What a fun-filled celebration!

What an electric atmosphere in class this week! With competitions just around the corner, the focus and determination were off the charts 🙌. Drew and Harry truly shined—they always work brilliantly together, and today was no exception. Phenomenal sparring from both of them, and some fantastic wins to celebrate! 👏👏

Yesterday’s self-defence seminar was a huge success! 💪 Everyone left feeling more confident, empowered, and, most importantly, safe. Self-defence doesn’t have to be scary—it’s about learning simple, effective techniques that give you the tools to protect yourself in real-life situations.

**Jasper's Epic Birthday Celebration!** 🎉

Today we had the absolute pleasure of celebrating Jasper's birthday! 🎂 The room was buzzing with energy and enthusiasm as our students and their school friends joined in the fun 🥊.

We kicked things off with bashers, then moved on to exciting combinations, board breaking, and even some flying sidekicks! And since Jasper is a HUGE Star Wars fan, I just had to bring out my light-sabre for some epic battles 🤣😂.

We wrapped up the celebration with delicious pizza and cake. Thank you all for celebrating with us today—we had an amazing time! 🎂🙌👊
