Training session (Day 3)
Today three speakers shared their insights and expertise on various aspects of teaching and language education. Each speaker focused on different topics related to their respective subjects and emphasized important qualities and strategies for effective teaching.

Mr. Munawar Ali Khokhar Lecturer Govt. Degree College Naushahro Feroze, highlighted the essential characteristics of an ideal teacher. He stressed the importance of being well-dressed, knowledgeable, and disciplined as a teacher. Additionally, he discussed the fundamental aspects of Grammar, providing a strong foundation for language learning.

Mr. Riaz Hussain Shah, an associate professor of Sindhi language, Govt. Degree College Naushahro Feroze, offered valuable guidance on maintaining records of students for parent-teacher meetings. He also explained key terms and basic concepts of the Sindhi alphabet, empowering fellow educators with the tools to better communicate with students and parents. Classroom management and teacher responsibilities were also discussed, aiming to improve the overall learning environment.

Mr. Khaleeq Zaman Soomro, an Ex. Subject Specialist of Sindhi Teacher of Star Grammar School System, focused on making learning Sindhi language easier and more accessible for students. He provided insights into teaching Sindhi Grammar and using punctuations effectively, enabling teachers to enhance their language instruction methods.

In summary, the training session covered crucial aspects of effective teaching and language education, encompassing the qualities of an ideal teacher, classroom management, record-keeping, Sindhi language concepts, and strategies for teaching Sindhi Grammar. Teachers Training (Day 2)
The second day of our teachers' training program was a resounding success, thanks to the presence and expertise of esteemed individuals like Sir Muhammad Ashraf Joyo and Rustam Ali Samo. The focus of the day was on the significance of the English language and how to enhance English language skills among teachers.

The trainers shed light on the importance of English as a global language and emphasized its role in today's interconnected world. They highlighted the need for educators to be proficient in English to effectively communicate and impart knowledge to students.

One of the key topics covered during the training was vowels and phonetics. The trainers provided a comprehensive understanding of vowel sounds and the phonetic system, enabling teachers to better teach pronunciation and speech patterns to their students. This knowledge will undoubtedly enhance the language learning experience for both teachers and students alike.

Moreover, the trainers emphasized practical strategies to improve English language proficiency. Today's Teachers Training session was a valuable and insightful experience for everyone involved. One of the highlights was Sarfraz khand, one of our former students, who shared his firsthand experience in teaching skills and classroom management. His insights and practical tips offered a unique perspective that resonated with the teaching staff.

Additionally, we were fortunate to have Sir Arbab Ali Dahri, one of our most talented teacher, lead the training on fundamental rules and word problems in mathematics. His expertise and innovative teaching techniques provided the staff with new strategies to enhance their teaching of this crucial subject.

Overall, the training session served as a platform for knowledge exchange, allowing our staff to gain valuable insights from both a former student-turned-teacher and a highly skilled mathematics instructor.
